The Rosa 2 residential project represents the continuation of collaboration with a client and investor that passionate about the construction industry. This residential complex embodies 8 floors, including 2 underground levels dedicated to parking and 6 residential floors.

Thanks to the unique location of the project site, the terraces offer breathtaking views of the historic Naqsh-e-Jahan Square and Sofeh Mountain in Isfahan. Due to client’s request, the design features a contemporary and distinctive style, incorporating modern perforated facade that not only maintain residents’ privacy but also enhance the facade’s aesthetic appeal.
